You can apply for a Diploma course after completing your 10th.
For a degree course you need to complete your 12th or else go for a 3-year Diploma after 10th.

Even Russia is offering seats that are cheaper perhaps compared to fees of private college.

You can pursue Diploma courses. To pursue degree course you should be 12th passed.

First you complete your 12th standard along with exam preparation of NHCHMT JEE HM.

Give the entrance exams and score 70-80 percentile. Apply beforehand to the college.
