Ethical hacking requires an extensive knowledge of the working of Internet, networking protocols, programming and scripting languages and knowledge of networking devices. Your chances are good. There can be a question about your degree percentage otherwise you are fine.
Moreover, weakness in one area can be compensated by being strong in another. That way your strong test score and marks of 10th and 12th can compensate for your degree percentage. So, go ahead and apply.
