Being a fresher is not a limitation. For PGDM, along with your competitive exam scores, you will be evaluated on basis of your past academic record, a group discussion( or a test similar to that) and an interview. Give the presented test and interview properly. All the best.

I understand that you are interested in pursuing Interior designing and appreciate your decision. However, to be able to pursue interior designing you need to complete your 12th standard first. Once it's done, you can opt for Bachelors in interior designing course.

Then read properly every subjects.
Try to remember it.
Try to memorize, but not mug up it.
Try to solve number of previous years questions papers.
Daily practice of writing at least 2/3 papers.

There are many universities but particularly in which part of India do you want to take admission:\
1) Delhi University
2) St. Xavier's College
3) DAV
and many more.
