Further,for the graduation and higher secondary scores, we don't have any specific cutoff. A decent profile is what SPJIMR looks for in a candidate.

The eligibility criteria for IAS is that:
1. You must have a graduation degree.
2. You must have attain 21 years.
If you want to pursue B.Tech, then you should leave UPSC and prepare for IIT JEE exam.

According to me, you stand very less chances to get a call with this percentile score. You should score atleast get 80 percentile score (OBC quota) to get a call from IRMA.

You should have more than 60% marks in 10th & 12th (not mandatory though), above 90 percentile in CAT to at least get a call from IRMA.
