You can apply through EDR which is Early Decision Round. This round is for the candidates who have work experience of more than 12 months. Overall, you have good profile. So, do apply.

Yes, you can get admission because IIMs consider CAT percentile along with academic profile and performance in GD / PI. Weightage is given to each aspect. So, if you score well in CAT then you have a chance.
