Yes, there are bright chances of getting seat in Jamia Milia Islamia University but it might be difficult to get CSE stream, but you can go for other streams so you can apply in this university.

I'm sorry to say but the cut-off for mathematics (H) is quite high. You won't be able to get admission in Hansraj College.

No. Cut-off of Hansraj College for B.Com honors is very high. You being the science student will also undergo percentage deduction, so won't be able to get admission.
