It totally depends upon the course you are choosing after class 12th. If you are opting for engineering then there are NITs, IIITs, and government and private engineering colleges which are offering a good course curriculum. If you look for B.Sc, B.Com and BA. then there are colleges for them too.

I don't think you should try for B.Voc but you should go for UPCS that will be more fruitful for you.

Yes, you can get admission, but in private colleges and some of the low grade government colleges too.

You should get above 75% in class 12th.

Yes, you need personality, good communication skills and good attitude. So, I don't think maths as an optional subject in class 12 will create any problem.
