Hello,
You have decent scores but to get admission for CSE at Madras Institute of technology, you need to have more scores like around 95 percent in your board exams due to heavy competition. And I don't think MIT accepts JEE main scores. The admission is based on a counseling process where students will be called based on their marks. You may try your luck at the admission time.

Hi,
Yes, you can change your subject from Science to Arts for under graduate course. You will get admission as well. But it is very important to choose the right subject and does that subject has a scope in making up a career. Research on this before you choose the subject.

Firstly, give IELTS exam, then search for colleges that may give you admission considering you class 12th scores and IELTS bands.

I don't think, there is any school that provides 6 month course of class 12th. You have to study whole year. I suggest to go for courses that are related to your field.
