No, you can't get admission for this course if you have not cleared class 12th board exams. You should clear it first to get admission.

You cannot get admission in any government colleges with this score. You should go for private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotias and LNCT, Bhopal. If you have financial problems then try to get admission in private colleges of West Bengal like Techno India-Kolkata, Haldia, Heritage, etc.
