Hi Ankit,
Yes, you can get admission in IITs after qualifying JEE Advanced with 72% marks as minimum qualifying marks in boards exam is 70% so you can easily get admission.

If you join any of the courses which have some connection with UPSC like BA, LLB and B.Tech then you will have an extra edge over other UPSC aspirants. Also, if you are dedicated then the course will not matter.

Hi,
Yes, there is an improvement exam in Puducherry for 12th state board 2019 but for that, you have to apply one year before appearing in the exams like if you want to appear for exam in 2020 then you have to apply in June 2019.

Yes, you can get the scholarship but you can't be sure more than 75% because the scholarships are available only for those students who have a good academic record.

Yes, you can easily get admission in the private colleges in whichever stream you want, even without giving any entrance exam, but for this they will charge you some extra fees.

After 12th boards, you will not be having enough time to prepare for JEE. Therefore, it is better to join a coaching institute after 10th boards itself, so that you can comfortably prepare and it will not be very hectic also.
