MH-CET marks will be sole base for admission in COEP. But you need to get 50% marks in PCM. If this criteria is fulfilled, no one is going to ask your board percentage.

Just purely maths as a subject does not have many applications. You can of course work for a firm involved with data analysis but all that again comes back to CS and coding. I would recommend you go for teaching as a profession. Join some institute for a few years and with the experience, start your own little coaching class somewhere (Where there are not many options for students. You will be more likely to succeed if you do not have much competition).

The basic eligibility criteria is 10+2 from a recognized school to secure admission with atleast 50 percentage.

There is no fixed cut off for admission. It depends on the applications received and the percentage received of the students.

For jobs after 12th, it is good to go for graduation. For jobs, graduation is the minimum requirement. Therefore, in my view one should opt for a graduation course. Based on interest of an individual one should take the course. If you look at good job opportunities in government or private sector minimum 60% is the requirement.

Go ahead with CA as it is the best option in the current scenario. Look at the long term, CA will be the best for you. There is no guarantee of anything but CA is yielding good results from many years.
