Hello Rishita, In your query if only you had mentioned in which profession you want to make a career it would have been better for any Counselor to satisfy your query. However let me try. Being slim or zero size is the latest trend in young girls across India. This is being hotly debated by the academicians by the medical practitioners and others as not being conducive for good health. There are other criteria which are indicative of good health like BMI et cetera. It is not the slimness or the fatness but being healthy should matter for all the time. As the famous saying goes "healthy mind can reside only in a healthy body". In addition, if only one is healthy one can perform any job be at home, in the work front or be it as an entrepreneur. Hence I would definitely say instead of fussy about being slim or size zero, every student, every citizen of the country must work towards being healthy. Best wishes to you.
