The correct name of the college is Thakur College of Science & Commerce and it offers under graduate and post graduate programs only. Kindly cross-check the college name where you want to study your 11th and 12th from.

Yes, it is possible because most of the colleges don't have particular exam for graduation admission just a formal interview will be held and that's it and being a science student you already have an added advantage.
