JB, The required percentile for IIM at individual sections i. e (PVRC, PDILR, PQA and PT) level are 70 for each and 80 overall for general category.
The academic qualifications at IIMs scores are calculated as under :-
1. Application rating (AR) for 10th class is calculated according to percent marks as follows :-
Percent score in 10th Std. Exam Rating Score A
Less than or =55 1
More than 55 but less than or= 60 2
More than 60 but less than or= 70 3
More than 70 but less than or= 80 5
More than 80 but less than or= 90 8

You have two options either you can go for B.Tech through any state entrance exam or in any private college through lateral entry or you can prepare for one day examinations like JE, railways or SSC. Good Luck.

If there is financial problem, then there is two option for you, as along with ITI you can pursue B.Tech from IGNOU, or you can go for B.Sc from any central university. Good Luck.

Hi,
The steps involved are as follows:
1. Successfully complete an ITI certification course in Electrical, Mechanical or related trade or a Diploma Course in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Look out for Advertisements by Railway Recruitment Boards for Assistant Loco Pilot in Employment News or daily newspapers and apply.
3. You have to appear at a written test as per the specified notification.
4. Once you clear the written test, you have to undergo a psychological test.

It would be preferable to appear for entrance exams for professional courses. Science stream has many professional higher education prospects to offer. One can go for MBBS or engineering or any other higher courses as one desires. For MBBS, one can apply for NEET UG entrance exam, and for engineering, you can apply for JEE. Furthermore there are tons of other options.

Yes, you can get either way by foreign national quota or simply admitted. There are no issues, you can directly contact Department of Academics. But, the fact is you need to qualify the eligible percentage and age.
