One obvious choice is, medicine itself. If not, you may consider Bachelor of Science programme in any of the combinations of Science subjects, nursing, and physiotherapy. Alternately, since class 12th Science is your course, you can change fields to business administration, travel and tourism, hotel and hospitality management, arts and humanities. Go by your individual interest and skill set.

You might want to do Bachelors in Science with Zoology in it. Alternately, nursing and physiotherapy are very good options too if you are keen. There are even options abroad for these disciplines.

Depending on your course in class 11th and class 12th, you will be eligible for various courses in Bachelor programs. For instance, if it was arts, then you may consider linguistics, psychology, journalism, creative writing and poetry, social sciences, humanities etc. If it is commerce, consider doing Bachelor in commerce and have qualifications like ICWA or CA which are very valuable and competitive
If it is Science background, then a wide range of options are open: Engineering, Medicine, nursing, Bachelor of Science in diverse combination of subjects, business administration, computer applications etc. Go by your interest and skill
