Firstly Complete your Graduation in Mass Communication, and meanwhile you can go for internship in Media Houses (Electronic Media) which will be a part of your education too. Learn practically there and gain much knowledge and experience. Path is almost clear.

But as far as rules are concerned provisional certificate for 12th would be fine and make the person eligible to give the exam.

Yes, you can easily get admission in University of Alberta with such a good score in IELTS and with undergraduate course GPA, your profile would be accepted. Good luck.

The candidates who have qualified 10+2 (12th examination) or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% of marks are eligible to apply for BA, BA (Hons) admission 2018.
Admission will be based on the merit list.
All courses/programmes which have an entrance examination will be based on the candidate's score in the examination.
For Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business Economics, qualified candidates have to go through Group Discussion/Personal Interview (PI) or both, as per the number of candidates.

So, try to maintain a percentage above 80 in your graduation. So that you can compensate your class 12th score. Thus, with a percentile of around 99.89+, you can expect a call from IIM A.
