You have to keep your concepts clear mind pay special attention to the subjects you are weak in. That subject only has a potential to reduce your marks in the boards. Keep studying daily. Give at least an hour to every subject then you can surely get above 90%. Make out your time when you can concentrate the most. Regards.

You can pursue MBBS BMS, Pharmacy, B.Sc in Biology, Agriculture etc. Apart from these, you also have many other options in the field of biology. Decide which career you want to choose and work for that. There is also a Shiksha's dedicated article on topic at https://www.shiksha.com/courses-after-12th/amp/science.

Your state Entrance Exam and IIT JEE are the two exams that give chance to take admission in good colleges. But, you will have to work really hard for them. If you are prepared for extra effort than this will be the best option. Otherwise opt for a good private college.

There is nothing to worry. Keep working hard and smart. Definitely you will get good marks. Whatever time you spend in your school or in coaching studying will not be as effective as the time you spend by self-studying. So, I suggest you to give at least 2-3 hrs despite your school and coaching for self-study till the month of December. And, after that try to make it to at least 4 hrs. Try to complete your class 12th (PCM) course by November last week, as you will get 2 months' time to revise the whole course. Keep meditation for 15 minutes daily, it will help you in making concentration.
