JEE score is considered for engineering in a government university. Else you can take CSE in any other private institute, they might or might not have their own entrance examinations.

If you opted for biology in class 12th then I will recommend you to go B.Sc Microbiology. It has better career scope and provides better placement opportunities in the future. Well, I would recommend you that after completing B.Sc in microbiology, go for PG. This will boost your career.

I would suggest visiting a personal counsellor. That way he/she would be able to help you more. Since you didn't provide a lot of information to decide on, I would suggest pursuing a Management course in any field that has your interest. The course is quite easy due to most of it being practically related. It has a good scope and is fairly easy to study.

For B.Com(Hons.) Maths is a compulsory subject for admission. If you didn't have maths in 12th then I am afraid you are not eligible.
