You can go for professional courses like CA CS&CMA. And if you want to do job just after 12th you can prepare for SSC CHSL exam. You can pursue graduation in B.Com (Hons) BCA if you want.

The selection of candidates is done on merit as per marks secured in the class 12th qualifying examination. Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in Commerce/Science with a minimum of 55% aggregate. Since you have scored 78.6% your chances are high to get the college.

Yes, you can do B.Com after 12th Science (maths). because Science students can take any field in graduation if the student is from Maths and Science can do B.Com, Maths students can easily do B.Com because maths help them for this.

If a candidate has 6 subjects and you failed in 2 subjects then he/she can give a compartment. If a candidate has only 5 subjects and failed in 2 then the candidate is said to be failed.

If you have scored less in your improvement marks, then you can surely go with your class 12th improvement marksheet. Calculate the percentage required for admission and if that is satisfied from your original marksheet then it's no problem. You can only use your original marksheet.

Marks requirement for general category is 60% marks (in four subject including mathematics). OBC category is 54% marks (in four subjects including mathematics). PwD/CW category is 57% marks (in four subject including mathematics) this much percentage is required in the 12th grade to get an admission in Delhi University.
