Yes, he can do B.Com with CA. There are two options one is through foundation exam, and another is direct entry in intermediate after graduation. It's totally up to your son how he wants to do. But he has to concentrate completely on any decision.

If your board marks are between 70 to 85, that means you are above average student. Don't compare your board with NEET. It's not possible to change a stream in 12th but yes there is no restrictions after 12th. You can't go in any other field, you can choose your career option, you check eligibility for it.

Yes, in case the learner has completed the Secondary/Senior Secondary Course from any National/State Board of School Education and wish to seek admission in NIOS for the same course, he/she will be allowed to take admission in NIOS in up to four subjects. Yes, you will be eligible for JEE Main examination after NIOS on demand examination but yes you will have to give with at least five subjects.
