Class 11th and class 12th is under the state board, it's not under any university.
You have many schools/colleges in Andhra Pradesh for class 11th and class 12th.

The Mathematics play an important role in selection in St. Xavier's College Kolkata in B.Sc. (Hons.) Statistics. The election criteria and index calculation are given below.
Selection criteria: On the basis of index calculated with the board marks in +2 level
Index Calculation: Aggregate%+ Maximum of Mathematics% or Statistics% (Out of 200)
Minimum marks requirements: Aggregate 60% and Mathematics 60%
So anything above 95% in 12th can be safe for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics admission.
