I am assuming you are from general category. It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the NEET examination, kind of marks obtained by students in NEET toughness level of the NEET examination, number of seats available etc. Anyway, when we go through previous year trends With 300 marks, You have low chances for MBBS in government colleges But yes, You have chances in deemed universities for MBBS.

You will definitely get best university if you are scoring high in JEE. Since u have got 90 marks I think you would get above 93 percentile. So you can search for the college depending on the above using the below link

No, with B.Sc Biotechnology you are not applicable for NIMCET.
Minimum educational qualification - Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST) in (I) B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Equivalent subject as one of the subjects from a recognized University. Students with BE/B Tech or equivalent from a recognized University can appear for the exam.

It is possible to study 11th and 12 as PU again, if you need. It's just waste of 2 years to go back. You can carry your 10th or SSLC certificates and get admitted again. You need to change that as you cannot do the 11th and 12th again from the same board.

As per your question I can say that still you have chance to get good percentile but that requires hard work from your side. If you are from any coaching institute then I recommend you to blindly follow their materials. First five days that is from Monday to friday study inter 2nd year portion and Saturday, Sunday go through inter 1st year portion as many chapters from 2nd year has connection with 1st year chapters. Study at least 12hrs day, giving each subject 4hrs in which 1hr30min for theory and 2hr30min for practise. No matter what if you like the subject or not you have treat three subjects equally.
