No for getting admission to DU u must have 85% to clear their cutoffs.
But don't get sad many universities take admission on an entrance basis where percentage does not matter.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Com H even after not having Maths. Christ Symbiosis BHU is some of the top universities that don't mandate Maths for B.Com H.
