If you want only for PU education, then I think RISE PU College would be the best for you. The teachers over here have a lot of experience teaching the PU course and are well aware of the exam syllabus and pattern. RISE College, a part of the AMC City Group of Institutions, is an earnest venture to help students keep their dreams alive. RISE PU is located in Bangalore Karnataka.

For CA, there are no colleges.
You need to prepare for it from coaching and material provided by ICAI.

Yes, you can pursue CA. Your percentage doesn't matter here.
You just need to clear every exam, and you will be awarded CA Certificate.

Eligibility criteria for the same is:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (in case of the candidate belonging to SC/ST only passing marks are required. In case of OBC/PwD and CW category candidates, 45% marks at graduation are required). Hope it helps. Thank you.

A minimum of 45% marks in H.S.C from Maharashtra Board or any other recognized board.

If you think you have interest in Science, then you can continue with that and do B.Sc. or give competitive exam and if you have now no interest in Science, then do something which you think you can do or take admission in other field except Science.
