The best out of 4 subject's marks can be calculated by taking your marks in the best 4 subjects of yours and adding them up. After that, divide the sum by 320 and multiply by 100% to get your percentage.

IT depends on which stream you belong to and what are your preferences for the subjects you want to pursue as the cutoffs for DU are really high. Complementing your efforts would be some certificates of achievements if you have any as they provide an impetus to your candidature.

It depends on the merit list as every year merit list changes. So be aware to check the merit list. As you have scored good marks then you might get admission but it depends on the merit list. Best of luck.
