Good infrastructure, supportive faculty members, and decent placements in BBA IB.
Placements: Around 70-75 percent of students from my batch got placed during the campus recruitment drive. The highest package offered is 7.2 LPA, the lowest is around 2.4 LPA and the average is about 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA. Top recruiters included companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, HDFC Bank, Deloitte and Capgemini. Internship opportunities are also available with around 60 percent of students securing internships in firms like ICICI Prudential, Kotak Mahindra and small startups. Top roles offered are in HR, business development, sales and marketing, data entry and operations. The placement cell is supportive and conducts pre-placement training.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is quite decent. Classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated and equipped with projectors and whiteboards. There is Wi-Fi access though speed can be consistent. Computer labs are sufficient for students and the library is well-stocked with reference materials and digital access. Hostel facilities are average. Rooms are shared (2 or 3 seaters), with basic furniture. Mess food is average, not very diverse, but hygienic. Medical room, sports ground, and indoor games like table tennis and carrom are available. There's a canteen on campus that offers decent snacks.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are experienced and helpful. Some professors go beyond the syllabus to share industry insights, especially in subjects like international business and HR. The curriculum is updated and includes practical components, presentations, and industrial visits, which makes it relatively relevant to industry needs. Exams are moderately difficult, with a focus on theory and writing skills. Around 85-90% students pass comfortably if they attend lectures and study regularly.
Other: I chose BBA (IB) because of my interest in international business and human resources. The best part about the course is its balanced mixture of theory and practical learning, including guest lectures and case studies. One thing that could improve is more industry-oriented certification and dedicated career counselling support. Overall, the experience is great, and college provides a strong foundation.
