Because you are not concerned about the college, So the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. MLT of AIIMS is given below. Eligibility criteria : 10+2 with minimum 50% for Gen / OBC/EWS (45% in case of SCs / STs Categories) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So you are not eligible for AIIMS B.Sc. MLT course. However you are eligible for following B.Sc. Courses of AIIMS.
1. Bachelor of Optometry
2. B.Sc. (Hons. ). Medical Technology in Radiography
3. B.Sc. In Medical Technology in Radiotherapy (M. T. RT)
The eligibility criteria of LPU Phagwara for B.Sc. (MLT) is also given below. Eligibility criteria : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Biotechnology) or 2 years. MLT Diploma after 10th or equivalent. So students of 12th not having the Bio are eligible here for admission in B.Sc. MLT course.

Hello Sathwik, it's very nice indeed to SEE that you have already set your aim to clear the services examination of the UPSC. As per the present statistics engineers or doctors appear to come on top in this examination. But this does not mean that students from arts or commerce for liberal arts background are not selected. Students from these backgrounds also clear the examination and are selected by UPSC. In view of this my strong recommendation would be for you to select that subject which you like the best. Since the subject which you like and when you study this you will not feel the pain or hardship but you will enjoy and as a result will do well in the examination not only for the graduation in this subject but for the civil services of the UPSC also.
