No, English is not a mandatory subject in Class 12th for Victoria University BBA admissions. However, candidates need to provide proof of proficiency in English to be eligible for admissions.
Candidates can do this by earning a score over 75% in English during Class 12 board exams (80% in case of state boards). Candidates can also appear for IELTS where if they score 6.5 with no component below 6.0, they are eligible to apply at VIctoria University.

MIT School of Humanities has not mentioned the requirement of BA in English specifically to be eligible for MA admissions. Generally, MA admissions accept admissions for all candidates who have completed their UG level education. Thus, candidates can assume that they are eligible for MA at MIT School of Humanities as long as they complete their UG level education.

Yes, Indian students can study at Carolina Uni without submitting English language test scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo.
For this they'll need a waiver. The university grants the waiver to Indian students with strong scores in their Class 12th English exam. Students who have pursued their studies at an institution where English was the medium of instruction are also eligible for waivers.
