Yes with that much of percentile you can secure admission in NITs. Basically you need above 80 percentile for NITs.

Yes the syllabus of class 12th has been reduced. Go and check NCERT portal for reduced syllabus or simply type reduced syllabus of class 12th on Google and download it.
