First search colleges of your choice. Give JEE Mains exam. Fill up the forms of colleges you hope to join. Score well in JEE and your rank will help you decide the college. All the best. Do give an upvote.

If you want to pursue MBA from IIM, you have to score more than 90 percentile in CAT.

After completing class 12th Science with Biology, you can apply for following courses :-
1) MBBS
2) BAMS
3) BHMS
4) B.Pharma
5) B.Sc. In Physics / Chemistry / Botany / Zoology / Microbiology etc.
6) BCA
7) BBA
8) Integrated M.Sc etc.

Your percentage is very good throughout your academics till now. For FMS, you need to have 90 percentile in cat to get admission. FMS keeps a very high percentile for admissions though other colleges are easily available.
