The percentage which matters is your current the highest qualification. As your scores are too low. It may be not possible to you get that college. But, you can try in Indian Private Institutes for Fashion Technology.

Both the colleges are good. However give more stress on practical exposure than theory. If you work hard then you can get a good job from either of the college.
