In 84%, it is impossible to get admission in DU for B.Com if you belong to general category, you have to try for another university too. You might get or not get admission in DU. Chances are really less.

Yes you have a high chance of getting into an IIM with that rank.

There are many colleges you can get across India with that marks. But it would not be possible to list all such colleges. There are plenty of arts colleges or degree colleges that you can seek admission based on your preference.

Your marks are too low for admission to any government college. But you can secure admission in private colleges. Generally, private BBA programs are a bit expensive compared to the government ones.

It is a little difficult for you to take admission in this college because the cut-offs of these colleges are very high. You can wait for the last cut-off.

Your GMAT score is fine, means (Good > 630 > Average). Your college, class 10th and 12th score is also fine. Now, depending on your non-academic profile and job experience, I would suggest you to apply for some other good college as well. IMT (it is not specifically mentioned) doesn't accept GMAT but they do accept CAT and MAT. Anyway, IMT is good and so your profile, but apply for other good universities as well.
