This depends on your age when you graduate. If you don't bar the age limit then you will be able to give CDS.

The selection procedure remains the same because you are ultimately going to join for the same position. After being graduated you will get the chance to serve the forces as a technical engineer. NDA entry allows you to serve as an officer after 10+2, And as Sipahi after class 10. This allows you to enter the permanent commission in defence forces. After CDS you get entry usually in short service commission. NDA and CDS takes you to SSB before you finally get recommended. AFCAT leads you to AFSB before you for finally get recommended for the position applied.

You can not apply for NDA anymore as your age limit is over now. You can apply for CDS but you need to complete your degree for that. You can apply for CDS in your final year of graduation and thereafter till the age limit crosses. The age limits are different for different modules of CDS.
IMA- age limit: 19-24 years. Graduate in any stream.
OTA- 19-25 years, and graduate in any stream.
INA - 19-22 years. B.E/B.Tech or degree in Physics or Maths.
AFA - 19-23 years. BE/B.Tech or Graduate in any subject but must have Physics and Maths at 12th level.
