The National Institute of Photography (NIP) offers both UG Diploma and certificate courses. If we take placements in consideration, it provides opportunities for both UG Diploma and certificate course students in the photography industry. 

Choosing between UG Diploma or certificate courses always depends on the time and budget you decide. The institute offers UG Diploma for 3 courses for 6-7 months with fees around INR 90K and 7 certificate courses starting from INR 5K and go up to INR 75K for 5 weeks to 2 months.

The Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (CIHMCT)2 offers two different kinds of certificate programmes.

• Craftsmanship Certificate Program in Food Production & Patisserie: 70 students can enrol in this one-year program. The minimum qualification is a 10th grade Diploma with English as a required subject. For general and OBC candidates, the age limit is 25, and for SC and ST candidates, it is 28.
• Craftsmanship Certificate Program in Food and Beverage Service: 70 students are accepted for this six-month program. The minimum qualification is a 10th grade Diploma with English as a required subject. For general and OBC candidates, the age limit is 25, and for SC and ST candidates, it is 28.

The admission process for both the courses is based on merit and availability of seats. The application forms are available offline at the institute. 

- Hindustan Aerospace and Engineering offers two certificate courses in the field of AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) and this institution is a part of the Sha-Shib Group of Institutions which is the largest in Asia for training in AME. It is ranked 2 among Asia's top 10 most valuable Aviation & Training Providers. Here the courses are approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation for Mechanical and Avionics Streams (DGCA), Government of India. The affiliated university has a total of 33 years of educational excellence and they have some amazing scholarships for the students who are deserving.

- Shastri Group of Institutes, Shivane offers not only AME course but also programs like B.Sc and B.Tech. The institute is well-equipped with facilities like Cafeteria, Gym, Hospital / Medical Facilities, Hostel, and Sports Complex.

Both institutions are among the best but which one is good for the certificate course is difficult to answer because it depends on an individual. You should make a choice by doing deep research on both places and choose depending on your aspirations and goals.
