You've to satisfy the eligibility criteria of that particular certificate courses inorder to apply for that particular program. For some  PG programs, you might need some work experience too inorder to get the admission easily. But generally, you've to apply for the course, then you've to submit the entrance exam scores/ you've to take an entrance. Then you've to give the final interview. Based on the scores, you'll get the admission in your desired program.

Yes certificate courses placements at Jio Institute is too good like most of the students are getting placed in top companies like Reliance industries and other top MNCs with very good packages of more than 10 Lacs and some with even more than that

Yes. Pursuing Certificate Courses at Jio Institute is relatively very expensive than other institutes because of the Institute's reputation. And some of the PG programs costs more than 10 Lacs too. And some of the certificate courses fees will be around 2-3 lakhs.
