Yes, Integrated Caste certificates are issued to the SC, ST, BC and OC castes. This Certificate is being issued for Caste, Date of Birth and Nativity. This certificate is used for education and employment. Etc. In Revenue Department Services Select Integrated Certificate and you shall receive it.

Hi,
The minimum eligibility criteria for MA Urdu from Osmania University is Graduation completed in any stream from a recognized institute with minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation and proficiency in Urdu.
Hence, if your Madarsa certificate is recognized and equivalent to graduation degree than this may accepted.

It depends on what type of course you are doing already. It needs to allow you to pursue another course that will also demand a good amount of time. Why I am saying that it will demand more time, because the new/parallel course is desired by you to enhance career prospects. When there is a purpose of growth, it has to learn with time, dedication as well as sanctity. Creative aspects of learning are developed when a class meets. Hence, we may not suggest a totally Distance mode course in direction. Practical learning has to be there, at any cost.
