I think CBSE offers only for TSEAMCET, else you can also try your seat through b category i.e, since you have qualified for the JEE Mains, you can get a b category seat.

Check out the BCAT or JoSAA website and check the last year's opening and closing ranks of the particular college you want or check which college you are getting.

CBIT does have management quota seats but they get filled up very fast. They usually have 10% OS seats but they change every year. I would suggest you to contact the concerned authority.

The fee for B category is same as shown in the above information brochure, but I am not sure about C or NRI category. There are rumours that they bribe money for NRI admissions but I don't know exactly.
Coming to fee details of 2016-2017 mostly they are going to hike fee. Still, the decision is pending about the hike. College appealed a fee hike of 120% i.e. 2,50,000 per annum but the government may hike fee by 30%-50% ( expectation). So, wait and see (figures may change but college remains same).

CBIT, being one of the top colleges of Hyderabad, holds a high cut off rank for CSE.
Last year, it was below 3k for OC candidates.
It varies with the Category you belong to.

It solely depends on the rank you hold.
If you meet their criteria of getting a seat by holding a rank below 3500, you will surely get a seat in CBIT.
