Yes, you have a really good shot of getting into this institution, you grades in both the exams looks good enough for you to get into the institute.

Two different branches which depends on your interest. Forgetting about branch, if its a choice between two Institutes I would suggest you to go with VIT as placement wise it really great and even the education is good.

It depends upon your domicile.
B.Tech admission is offered on the basis of a valid score in JEE Main for Punjab domicile candidates.
For the candidates belonging to other states, the admission to B.Tech is offered on the basis of marks in 10+2 followed by counselling conducted by PTU.
