Organic chemistry is a very important aspect of NEET chemistry. Organic chemistry has a vast syllabus but very important. Try to make it your strong point instead of your fear. Work on the fundamentals or else you will end messing it up. Organic chemistry can be mastered if you can interconnect the chapters. There are many questions which require quick interlinking of knowledge (say a series of reaction 1 is form alcohol other from amines ) of these chapters, that can be done by making flowcharts (personally found it very helpful ). Properly understand and learn from your module /reference. Try to at least look up the reaction mechanism of all the reactions mentioned in the NCERT. (Really important for conceptual knowledge)
Don't jump to questions now, do the chapter once more, all the reaction mechanism should be clear to you and then practice questions. See past year questions of NEET AIPMT and AIIMS. Keep repeating organic chemistry, keep doing the reaction mechanisms on your own, and more and more questions. Also, focus the named reactions. Practice and revision are the key and once you do it you actually start loving organic chemistry.
