Start solving questions from NCERT and previous year question papers and you will be automatically able to revise chemistry. Fix targets like thermodynamics in the 1st week and then do not attempt it after that. Skip chapters you do not have command on and which do not have much weightage. You can also refer to books by MS Chauhan and N Awasthi.

Delhi University releases a cut-off list and if your name is mentioned in the list then it means you are eligible to apply for the admission process, otherwise, wait for the next cut-off list.

I hope you are asking about PG admissions. So, I am quoting the exact words from the official website. "Admission to the Post Graduate courses in Engineering is also based on a selection criteria fixed by the government of Kerala where valid GATE Score is considered.”
