Degree is usually for programs that are more focused on scientific and mathematical subjects. However attaining an M.Sc. Degree typically includes writing a thesis. No, it is not mandatory to get 60% in boards for NDA. One just have to study Math and Physics, as main subjects. There is a proper weight to height requirements. But, it will be seen when candidate will be selected in SSB and qualify for the medical test.
