Hi throng, As you have completed the master degree and also qualified the UGC NET exam, you are eligible to apply for Ph.D. from respective university. The minimum qualification required for Ph.D. is, aster's degree and NET certification. You can apply for Ph.D. in you post graduation subject or for the subjects related to it. You can apply for the Ph.D. in the respective university and you will be selected based on the personal interview and score in the NET exam. All the best!
