Biotechnology is still a niche area. Biotech is the best option among the above quoted options. Management in Health care will get you into Hospital/Medical sector. Whereas bio tech will get you more towards research based work.

Genetics is a good option if you are really interested in it. Or, go for chemistry as it has good scope.

You can either go for B.Sc zoology or B.Sc botany because in both these courses, there is a combination of both chemistry as well as zoology.
