You have a good chance of getting a call. The average package was Rs 7 lakhs per annum with the highest at Rs 12 lakhs per annum.

It is your choice whether to take CMAT or not. You can apply through MAHCET conducted by DTE for most of the colleges in Maharashtra. For the list of colleges, please go through DTE websites. You can appear in DTE procedure by applying through CMAT also but you will be treated as All India Candidate. If you take CMAT only, you will be able to apply for PGDM also by applying to respective colleges.
