College of Engineering Eligibility

The institute offers BE and B.Tech at UG level in 5 specializations. The minimum requirement for both courses is 50% marks in 10+2. Those who are willing to apply are granted admission based on the performance in the qualifying exam. However, the final seat allotment is based on the TNEA Counselling.

Kathir College of Engineering also provides admission in ME and MBA at PG level. Interested candidates must have a Bachelor's degree to apply in any of the courses. Admission is offered based on the TANCET score and TANCA Counselling.

For B.E. / B.Tech at V P Muthaiah Pillai Meenakshi Ammal College Of Engineering And Technology For Women (now Arul Tharum VPMM College of Engineering and Technology), candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. A minimum aggregate of 45-50% marks in PCM is generally required (relaxations for reserved categories apply). Admission is primarily based on the candidate's rank in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counselling.

For B.E./B.Tech at U.V.? Patel College of Engineering, Ganpat University, you must have completed 10+2 in Science with Physics and Mathematics, plus Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Computer/Vocational subjects, scoring at least 45% (40% for reserved categories) and appeared in GUJCET?2025 under ACPC guidelines—no private quota or donations allowed
