|---|---|
| B.Sc. | Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany, Zoology and English as one of the subject with above mentioned marks from any recognised Board/ Center. Vocational and Open School not eligible. |
| ANM | Candidate must be 17 years of age or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. |
| GNM | Registered ANM with pass mark. |
