I hope you are doing well. Well, thanks for the interest in joining MVGR.
According to your EAMCET rank, you can get a seat in ECE through counselling if and only if, you are from either "ST" or “BC-E" castes. Otherwise it is impossible for you to get a seat through counselling. But give a try by placing the college in your priority list if seat is allotted for you, then cheers. Last ranks for ECE according to 2017 EAMCET allotment are like this for boys:
OC-9075, SC-75734, ST-131737, BC-A-23303, BC-B-38348, BC

Hello Bhuvan, Normally government or government aided colleges offer concession in fees payable by student belonging to SC/ST catagories. In some states instead of this students are given scholarships that cover fees & some more. These days generally fees vary between Rs.50T to Rs.2L per semester depending on facilities provided in the college.
