Your doing B.Com has certainly benefited you. fact is that being NON PCM you could.not get into BTech. bit it's nothing wrong for you. you can Join PG Diploma in Computer Applications and energy the world of computers. PG Diploma can be done only after Graduation.
Later you take MCA through this and them may try to be expert in Computer programming or any other IT/Computer domain.

First clear your backlog, then you can go for further studies.
