In every aspect whether it is infrastructure or placement or quality of education you will find GNDEC is far better than CT University. In GNDEC there is maximum placement for any branch. One more key point is GNDEC is government aided college whereas CT University is private, so there is regular checks on the quality of education provides. You can go with GNDEC without any doubt.
