Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College offers good placements for B.Tech in computer Science engineering. Both universities are private engineering schools.The UGC has not approved either institute. BKEC is seen as more dependable because of its experience educating students, especially since it was founded in 1999. Although the placement and cost structure are very similar. I will advise you to make a decision based on your accessibility and competence. In the state, both are doing fairly however VNEC is a very new college and is growing very fast.

The cutoff trend for BTech at Basavakalyan Engineering College has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 51970. In 2023, it increased to 76443. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 51970 to 76443 for OBC 51970 to 76443 for SC 51970 to 76443 for ST 51970 to 76443 for EWS 51970 to 76443 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Basavakalyan Engineering College will release 2-3 rounds of COMEDK cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:
The COMEDK score of the candidate
The category of the candidate
The number of seats available in the course

Basavakalyan Engineering College COMEDK Round 2 cutoff for Electronics & Communication Engineering is 66254 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increases your chances of getting admission in Basavakalyan Engineering College.

Basavakalyan Engineering College BTech cutoff 2023 for Electronics & Communication Engineering was 66254 for SC and 66254 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in COMEDK, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.
