Yes, candidates can register for JAC Delhi before round 3. However, candidates cannot register before round 3. New registration does not open before the 2nd round of JAC Delhi Counselling. Fresh registration for JAC Delhi opens before round 3. After Round-2, a two-day window will be opened for fresh registrations for those candidates who could not register during the first application window. All candidates who registered in the first window will get a chance to modify their Preference of Choices in their respective login. (This is a one-time window, no further fresh application or change in Preference of Choices will be considered after this). Candidates who qualify the written test and meet the cut off declared by the university are called for counselling. The exam pattern for B.A. Political Science is such that it consists of four sections: English, General Awareness, Reasoning and Social Awareness. Around 100 multiple choice questions are asked from all the sections. There is no sectional time limit in this exam but there is a provision of negative marking.
